By using Meerkat you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Meerkat scans pull request diffs for accessibility issues and reports findings via PR comments, commit status, and the dashboard. The product is provided on a best-effort basis during public beta.

Accounts

You must provide accurate OAuth identity information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for repositories you connect.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse webhooks, APIs, or attempt to bypass plan limits
• Do not use the service to violate applicable law
• Do not interfere with other customers or infrastructure

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Polar according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel via the Polar customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimer

Scans may produce false positives or miss issues. Meerkat is not a substitute for full accessibility audits, manual testing, or legal compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meerkat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data arising from use of the service.
